Fulfillment Policies
Refund Policy
Dial World will refund any unused prepaid balances upon customer request within three (3) business days. Please send your request to support@dialworldcom.com.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your service at any time, for any reason, and for any services provided by Dial World. No penalties or restrictions apply.
Disputes Policy
If you believe you’ve been incorrectly billed, please submit all billing disputes to disputes@dialworldcom.com. All disputes will be handled in accordance with the terms outlined in your Dial World Master Service Agreement (MSA).
